You can only put on an additional fee once the Payment (on the top traffic light) has been completed. It allows for councils to invoice for other costs for the permit. Three examples are:
- Remedial works: if the contractor doesn’t do the task up to scratch, you may have authority to get the works redone and charge back that cost to the original contractor.
- Additional inspections: if you fail an inspection and the inspector has to come back and this costs the council – you may charge for the additional inspections.
- Administration fees: if any extra costs have been incurred due to administration tasks relating to the permit.
The screen operates the same way as the Payment Screen.
