How to confirm the Traffic Management details from the contractor
Click the Traffic Management option from the left side of the screen:
The provided details will appear in the middle of the screen:
If these are correct, you can click the "Confirm" button on the right of the item:
A popup will appear to confirm the action. Click Yes, then a tick will appear at the top right of the item to show it has been confirmed:
How to update Traffic Management details
If any of the traffic management details have been submitted by the contractor incorrectly, you can update these yourself. From the Traffic Management screen, click the Update button to the right of the item:
Update the relevant fields using the dropdown and text boxes:
Then click Save to update the field:
A tick will appear at the top right of the item to confirm the saved area. No further confirmation will be required:
How to set Traffic Management details
If the contractor has not supplied traffic management details (if they are not sure or if it is a manual permit), you can set these. You will also have the option to set the field as "Not Required" if you desire.
From the Traffic Management screen, click Set Road Level on the right side of the item:
Update the field using the dropdowns and text boxes, then click Save on the right side of the item:
A tick will be shown at the top right of the item to confirm the save. No further confirmation will be required:
