How do I take a permit off hold?
Permits can be taken off hold by both contractors and council users, regardless of who put it on hold in the first place. This is also true of multiple users within the council, different users can place permits on/off hold no matter which user a permit is assigned to.
To do this, click the Job On Hold button at the top right of the screen:
The job will now be considered active again and the button will revert to being a Put Job On Hold button in case that status is required again in future.
