You can assign permits to yourself or to others users within your council.
Go to the "All Jobs" view and use the checkboxes on the left of each permit to select the relevant applications. Then click the Assign To button to view a dropdown of users for the council:
Follow the prompts to complete the assignment.
Note: If you need to see a permit that is assigned to another user, you need to make sure you are in the "All Jobs" view. Filtering / searching for jobs in "My Jobs" view will only bring up results from jobs assigned to you. Once in the "All Jobs" view, you can search / filter all jobs within the council. Applications can also be assigned from within the Job Details screen itself. If you open a permit which is not assigned to anybody yet, and perform an action (e.g. approving dates, generating conditions document) the permit will automatically assign to you. You can then unassign or re-assign the permit to another user if required from the "Assigned To" section on the left of the Job Details screen:
If you are re-assigning an permit, a pop-up will appear with a drop-down list of usernames. Select the relevant assignee, then click Save:
