Checking which utilities are in the permit area

You may wish to view the list of utilities who were notified for plans / locates in the requester site. You may want to check utility requirements for working in particular sites if they have assets present, for example.

To view which utilities are in the site's vicinity, click the Utility List option from the left of the screen:

On the right side of the screen, it will show which utilities were notified via the requester site, including their phone numbers and sequence numbers for the job.

Note: This may not be a definitive list of utilities for the area. It only reflects those companies who are registered with the requester site services.

Why can't I view the Utility List?

The "Utility List" option is only available for permits which have been generated in certain requester sites. Permits generated through the CorridorAccess site (NZ), for example, do not send out utility notifications. Neither do permits created manually by the council using the "Lodge A Job" option from the PermitManager Dashboard.
